Our story.
Founded in 2010 by Ricky Logan, the business began in Takaniki, Auckland, supplying Lucas Oil to the New Zealand market.
Between 2010 and 2021, we introduced more brands into our business and in 2021, Logan Distribution was recognised with the Chemical Guys International Sales Growth Award for our continued growth and commitment to the brand.
In 2026, we launched Logan Direct, our online retail brand, making our products and brands more accessible directly to consumers across New Zealand.
Today, Logan Distribution is a nationwide distributor representing leading global brands, built on strong relationships, industry experience and exceptional service.

Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds, with connections to the motorsport industry spanning generations, disciplines and decades of experience.
In Auckland, you’ll be dealing with Scott and Glenn, both deeply connected to motorsport through Superstock racing and Lucas Oil Auckland Speedway.
In Palmerston North, you’ll find Rolf, Janelle, Ivan, Gary and Jason, whose connections to motorsport span generations - from family involvement dating back to the 1960s, to more than a decade working in speedway and deep roots in motocross.
